THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Executive, at Shohaus, you will be responsible for driving digital sales revenue and building strong client relationships. With your expertise in digital sales strategies and a deep understanding of the home decor industry, you will identify new business opportunities, develop customized solutions, and exceed sales targets. Your passion for sales and strong negotiation skills will contribute to Shohaus' continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the home decor industry through various digital channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and target key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Shohaus' products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met and to provide input on new product offerings or improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions, staying up-to-date with the latest digital sales techniques and strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals and contributing to the overall growth of the digital sales division.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in digital sales, preferably in the home decor or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, with a focus on driving online sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $52,000-$64,000. We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, commensurate with experience, skill, knowledge, certifications, qualifications, and location. The pay range may be different in other areas depending on the average cost of labor in that area.
