THE ROLE

As an Online Sales Associate / Design Consultant at Shohaus, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving online sales. With your passion for design and strong interpersonal skills, you will guide customers through their purchase journey, offering personalized design recommendations and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Your expertise and enthusiasm will contribute to Shohaus' success in delivering exceptional custom cushions and home decor.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various online channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing personalized design consultations and assisting with product selection.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Shohaus' product offerings, including custom cushions and luxury home decor, to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer design expertise and recommendations to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the online sales channel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in an online retail or design-focused environment.
  • Passion for interior design and home decor, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their unique needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms and provide seamless customer support through various channels.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $59,000-$75,000. We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, commensurate with experience, skill, knowledge, certifications, qualifications, and location. The pay range may be different in other areas depending on the average cost of labor in that area.
