THE ROLE

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Shohaus, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis initiatives. With your expertise and keen analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making across th e organization. Your leadership and financial acumen will contribute to Shohaus' financial success and help drive our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Develop and deliver insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, assess risks and opportunities, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support business planning processes, including annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and ensure proactive decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $72,000-$102,000. We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, commensurate with experience, skill, knowledge, certifications, qualifications, and location. The pay range may be different in other areas depending on the average cost of labor in that area.
