THE ROLE

As a Customer Support Representative at Shohaus, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. With your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. Your dedication to delivering outstanding support will contribute to Shohaus' reputation as a customer-centric brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Shohaus' products, services, and policies to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and tracking, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, working closely with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using various communication channels.
  • Empathy and patience to handle customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $52,000-$64,000. We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, commensurate with experience, skill, knowledge, certifications, qualifications, and location. The pay range may be different in other areas depending on the average cost of labor in that area.
